We hatch quails Once or Twice a month from February till November !
……
Quails from newly hatched will need a heatlamp with a red heat bulb that is 75w or 80w and they will need a heat lamp till they are 4wks old but they can have 50w from 2wks old till 4wks old then live at room till temperature till 8wks old / 12wks old in cold weather.

They eat chick starter crumb & they will need to have this till they are 8wks old then they will need to eat mixed corn & layers pellets aswell as Oystershell grit for digestion & for females to lay nice normal eggs.

We also sell chick crumb in 1.5kg bags.

UNSEXED CHICKS ! 
Chicks will need live in groups of 6 or more as they are flock living birds.

1wk old Chicks Till Sexed are 6 chicks for £30 / £6 per extra Chick.

Females From 4wks old  £15 each.

Males From 4wks old £7 each.

A Deposit is required at time of order please, This is because we have held lots of birds for customers before in the past & then 50 per cent of customers never turned up to collect.

We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer & Cash or card on collection.

Please bring either a pet carrier or cardboard box with air holes in when you are collecting your quails , Please make sure the box or carrier is lined with Hay, Sawdust or a towel to prevent the Chick from slipping about as they will get spayed legs if they are slipping about, Thank-you.

For Collecting We are located just 10-15mins from BA12, longleat area of Wiltshire, Southwest of England, We can also deliver to you but only upto 30/45mins away maximum from us for a delivery fee, Fee will depend on distance, a deposit of half will be required at time of order then the rest to be paid on delivery, fee will be £5-15 depending on distance this is to cover our fuel & our time !
